Qi Transforms into a Rainbow

Here Tiger becomes Dragon again. The two seem to mirror each other, weave through each other, through the form.

It took me a while to remember to exhale through the ascent of this movement. My natural impulse was to inhale upward.

I love these movements that end with the hands overhead. They feel like the whole sky to me.
